Your First Steps
1. Complete Your Profile
After signing up, make sure to:
Add your company information
Upload your company logo
Set up your team members
Configure your work days and holidays
2. Create Your First Project
Click the "Create New Project" button on the Projects page
Fill in the required information:
Project Name: Give your project a clear, descriptive name
Start Date: When will work begin?
Stage: Start with "Estimating" for new projects
Job Number/Invoice Code: Optional identifier for tracking
Click "Create Project"
3. Explore Project Features
Once your project is created, you'll see several tabs:
Overview: Project summary and key metrics
Schedule: Phases, Gantt charts, and calendar views
Materials: Inventory, requests, and orders
Tasks: Task management and assignments
Documents: Plans, photos, and project files
Financial: Budget, invoices, and payments (Admin only)
Understanding Project Stages
Projects move through different stages:
Estimating: Initial planning and cost estimation
Pre-Construction: Finalizing plans and preparing for construction
Building: Active construction work
Warranty: Post-completion warranty period
Completed: Project finished
